ABOUT

James Duvall is a seasoned executive leader at one of the largest multi-site churches in the United States.   Over the past 25 years, James has served in various leadership capacities including being a student pastor, worship, and creative pastor and currently as an executive pastor.

James’ leadership experience has provided him the opportunity to learn valuable lessons of what it takes to lead at all levels within an organization.  James innovative thinking and strengths in ideation have allowed him to create systems and structures for ministry and organizational effectiveness.

James did his undergraduate work at Trevecca Nazarene University and earned a B.S. in Christian  Education.  He also holds a Masters Degree in leadership from Liberty Theological Seminary.  James would testify that some of his greatest learning and education has come from the hundreds of books he has consumed on leadership, personal growth, business, and finance.

James has a passion for helping leaders increase and maximize their influence.  Applying the lessons and learnings from his personal experience, James loves to help leaders by teaching productivity practices, the importance of self-awareness, and the power of emotional intelligence as the keys to accelerated growth.

James and his wife Lisa married twenty-seven years ago.  They regularly invest in marriages through teaching and coaching.  James and Lisa have three amazing kids and a lovable pit-bull.  The Duvall’s have resided in  South Florida for the past twenty-two years.
